About Birdie

The Company That Runs Its Own Bays

Birdie wasn’t designed in a pitch deck. It was built inside a working simulator facility, by the people answering its phone.

Indoor golf is a bay-based business, and generic tools have never understood it. Schedulers that think a bay is a haircut. Marketing platforms that have never seen a tee sheet. Point-of-sale systems priced like you run a kitchen. Every operator ends up duct-taping five tools together and becoming the switchboard between them.

Birdie exists because we ran into all of it ourselves. The software was built to run a real facility — and the consulting and marketing arms grew out of the same work: planning the buildout, filling the weekday bays, learning what breaks and what compounds.

Everything we sell gets run on our own operation first.

All Seasons Indoor Golf Club

A real facility in Kansas City that runs entirely on Birdie — the tee sheet, the memberships, the leagues, the campaigns. Every feature ships there before it ships anywhere, and every playbook we sell survived contact with its floor first.

How We Work

  • We'll talk you out of it.

If your market, space, or numbers don’t work, you hear that before an invoice exists. Talking operators out of bad deals is part of the job.

  • One flat price. No meter.

The software costs the same on your busiest month as your slowest one. Nothing is priced per booking, per seat, or per surprise.

  • Three arms, hired independently.

You don’t need the software to hire Build or Grow. Most operators end up on the platform because the work plugs into it — never because it was required.
